THE POWER OF THE QUR'AN ANSWERING THE CHALLENGES OF 21st CENTURY LEARNING IN PANDEMIC TIMES THROUGH SWOT ANALYSIS

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of education on all fronts, the existence of social restrictions and regulations that are not allowed for PTM in schools by the government have caused limited school learning to be carried out online/online and offline. However, only schools based on Islamic Boarding Schools are allowed to have limited PTMs with strict health protocols, one of which is the An-Nawawiy Islamic Boarding School (PPTQ) An-Nawawiy Mojokerto, which has a formal institutional unit at the Al-Qur'an An-Nawawiy Junior High School. . With the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an branding school, and does not reduce the memorization target that has been programmed. The purpose of this study is to answer the global challenges of 21st century learning during a pandemic using SWOT analysis. This research is a descriptive qualitative type using the SWOT analysis method, namely an analysis that identifies internal factors to prepare IFAS and external factors to develop EFAS. Data was collected through interviews with key informants and key informants in PPTQ. An-Nawawiy. The results of the SWOT Matrix show that the Strength-Opportunity (SO) strategy totals 3.50. This means that the strategy that should be used by the institution is the SO strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of opportunities. The SO strategy includes maximizing existing human resources to attract potential students/students, improving and maintaining the quality of tahfidz to maintain the quality of graduates and be able to face learning challenges during the pandemic, while still achieving the memorization target.
