PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWA
Job satisfaction reflects the attitudes and feelings of employees about feeling happy or unhappy, feeling comfortable or uncomfortable about working conditions as a whole. Employee job satisfaction can emerge as a result of the culture and work environment in the organization. Organizations need to observe and ensure job satisfaction to employees in order to find out the extent to which employees feel cared for by the support from the organization. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This explanatory research observes employees at a company engaged in the distribution of packaged food in the city of Gresik. The sampling was carried out by a total sampling of 91 respondents. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression to determine the regression model and determine the significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the study concluded that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction.
