The Effect Of Organizational Commitment And Job Satisfaction On Employees Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mayjen Sungkono University – Mojokerto
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees at MayjenSungkono University – Mojokerto either partially or simultaneously.
This is a quantitative research by using SPSS as a data analysis tool. The population in this study was all employees of the University of Mayjen Sungkono Mojokerto with total 54 people.The sampling method was using the census method in which the entire population was sampled. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire with 5 alternative answers with a Likert scale. Data analysis used weremultiple linear analysis, determination coefficient test, t test and F test. Based on the results of multiple linear tests, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect on the variable of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) either partially or simultaneously. The adjusted R Square value is 0.991 so that the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can be explained by the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction by 99.1%, the remaining 0.009% is explained by other variables.
