The Influence of Store Layout and Food Quality on The Interest of Revisiting the Restaurant
The growth of the food and beverage business experienced high growth. Many restaurants offer food and beverage products in various forms. This happens because food is one of the needs that every human being must fulfill. This study aims to determine the effect of store layout and food quality on the interest in revisiting restaurants. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling by purposive sampling. Purposive requirements are Solaria customers in Surabaya who are domiciled in Surabaya. There are 100 respondents involved in this study. Based on the results of the study, it shows that store layout and food quality simultaneously and partially affect the interest in revisiting restaurants.
