The Influence Of Transformational Leadership Style On Organizational Commitment and Job Performance
This study aims to determine how the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on work performance. The population in this study were employees at a factory in Mojokerto. Sampling research as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results show that partially transformational leadership style and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, job performance.
