Effect of Work Climate and Wages on Turnover Intention
The intention to change employment is an important part, which is given that the turnover intention can have a significant impact on cooperatives, this must be addressed by maintaining the work climate and rearranging the intensive wages provided, this is done to keep the employees like to keep working in a cooperative. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. As for the research conducted by collecting relatively limited data from a number of relatively large numbers of cases, the research method that can be used is the survey method. The population of this research is the employees of the cooperative minatani. The sampling technique used for this study is the probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method. The selected respondents are employees of cooperative minatani. The purpose of this study was to determine employee responses about the influence of work climate and wages on the turnover intention cooperatives. The results showed that the work climate and wages had a significant effect on the turnover intention of employees of the cooperative.
